Shipping and Returns

SHIPPING POLICY 

FREE SHIPPING ON ORDER OVER $65 (3-5 DAY PROCESSING)

We utilize USPS as our primary shipping carrier. After payment is authorized and verified, please allow 3-5 business days to process your order and ship it out if you choose Free Shipping. You will receive shipping confirmation within 5 business days from the day your order was placed.

 

STANDARD SHIPPING (1-2 DAYS PROCESSING) - RATES WILL BE DETERMINED AT CHECKOUT BASED ON ADDRESS AND ORDER WEIGHT.

You will receive an email confirmation containing your tracking number when your order is shipped. If you do not receive your tracking information within 72 hours of purchasing, please send an email to hello@eighthofaugustco.com.

Please be mindful that orders placed on Friday will not be processed until the following Monday. 

Orders placed with free shipping can arrive between 1-7 days after shipping. Length of time will vary depending on your zip code.

If your order has been shipped and you are experiencing a delay in receiving your order please contact USPS for further information. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that your packages will arrive on the listed date once the package is in the possession of USPS. It is the responsibility of USPS to ensure that your package is delivered at the listed delivery date. This temporary change within our company. Once everything returns back to safe normal, we will allow for returns and exchanges.
